Our bodybuilding advice service has been operational for eleven years. However our own team has thirty-five years of competition experience.

In the last eleven years we have amassed well in excess of 100 titles, working with top professionals on both sides of the Atlantic. During the early ‘90s, our coaching team spent time working in Florida.

Presently, we have been less involved with Federation Bodybuilding and tend to concentrate our efforts towards the club’s own shows, which occurs in mid July.

We feel it is a fair comment to point out that Stevie B’s may be unsurpassed by the amount and quality of both male and female competitors. We have been able to field twenty competitors on the same day. We feel this is a remarkable achievement to have had such a response for the past six years. A testament to the quality of our coaching, lead by Sarah Brindle, who is well rewarded by the camaraderie and great atmosphere the members create.... UNIQUE.

On a figure fitness note: we at Stevie B’s have had tremendous success with our figure fitness girls, winning Area, National, and (vying for) International titles. Having won the British title, we were the first gym to have a representative compete in America for the Figure Fitness Olympia title.
