The majority of our members are here to either get in shape or to stay in shape. So what services do we provide for these people?…

Family and Community
Firstly with our youth advisory programme:
As well as a variety of junior Martial Arts clubs, we have a basic fitness programme for 14-16 year olds. This is a precedent to our post-school programme.
At the opposite end of the scale, we cater for the older member, both for fitness purposes or converlesing members.
The middle ground between Junior and Elderly is covered by fitness and overload techniques which are uniquely structured to every individual’s needs. Our experienced team is capable of taking on any challenge the public can present to us.
We also provide fitness / self defence programme for the complete beginner.
